Apart from trance all styles that is i'm into alot of the old uk hardcore around 88-92 Altern 8, Ratpack, Slippmatt, Urban Hype, Shamen, aswell as a bit of rock. My older brother loves his rock so i would have grew up listening to bands like Metallica, Megadeath, ACDC, Iron Maiden and Moterhead so i have a bit of a soft spot for some of it.

I like everything from rock to country to classical.

U2 (best band in the world right?)
The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Mike Oldfield (awesome musician)

I see that here is about defining what we like to listen,

Pure.fm's progressive channel is by far the best around in my opinion, I suggest you have a listen to some of the stuff on there, that's what made me apply for the slot on there (after a recommendation ftom Tim . Sense.fm's prog output is pretty decent too

Hed Kandi's CD's are usually pretty good...Coldplay, Michael Buble (great to relax to) and Empire Of The Sun are very good too

Anything except country. Huge fan of Linkin Park, Garbage and orgy.

Side note, Shirley Manson should do a remix of crawling with Linkin Park. Her haunting voice coupled with the chorus would rock.
