I don't like "Prelude" by Above and Beyond. The part with the abrupt change makes the song feel disjointed. I also hate Tiesto's "Chutney."

I realize this is a trance forum, but I'd like to give a special mention to Benny Benassi's "Automatic B" and much of David Guetta's new album. Garbage.

unfortunately i have so many that i hate:

armin - in & out of love - broing, overplayed, overrated & nothing special AT ALL!!! fortunately there are 3 remixes (Push, Richard Durrand & Chicane) of this track that i listened which are worth of my attention.
ram - ramsterdam (jorn van deynhoven remix) - such a fail track in my opinion and a big lemon & einar k - anticipation ripoff, which is a far better tune!!! and btw, the original version of ramsterdam is far better than that awful ripoff mix.
armin van buuren - orbion & full focus - boring, generic, rubbish and both tracks are very poorly compressed and both have no energy on them, i would add as well boring & overrated tuvan but that one doesn't annoy me as much as these two annoy me.
Gareth Emery & Ben Gold - Flash - rubbish polyphonic ringtone, not Trance at all.
any jochen miller track except for Troucid (& possibly Lost Connection) - don't like his polyphonic gameboy sounding tracks.
but these are just a few, fortunately there are lots and lots of amazing trance tracks out there always catching my attention.

What is this crap? I told someone the other day what type of music I was into, trance I said, they told me "me too!"

They then proceeded to show me examples of the music they like. Afrojak and all kinds of crap. What has happened to the State of TRANCE?

I was looking for Age of Love - Age of Love (mr. Sam vs Fred baker remix). Very hard to find, searched on Audiojelly. Out of curiousity I clicked the current #1 song.

Going to see Tiesto in LA in March. Although i'm not a fan of any of his the "new stuff" that i've heard recently, i have to see him from myself before one more time before i can totally give up on him... Who am I fooling though? He took a nose dive!

Seems like the consensus is most real trancers aren't digging the new stuff. I'm a trancer back to the mid- 80's, so like most music, including "trance", is being made for the masses.

Same build-up and breaks, horrible vocals, etc. Armin use to be my boy back in early 2000, but I blame him overall for introducing the world to trance and the abundance of crap producers he has under his label. Even Schulz has taken a down slide becasue he's doing too much!

But I will say this...My comrades use to frown upon me for loving trance. I use to tell them ONE DAY!! Looky here 20 years later and the world is finally ready for it. Unfortunately the world got the watered down and what is now a shell of itself trance.

yea, say hello kinda gave me the chills. it was a scary kinda of track, lol. has a nice beat but the vocals kinda slow im my opinion.

Anyone know of any tracks online to DL from Paul Oakenfold? Maybe late 90's, early 2000?
I've been stumbling on some of his essential mixes and tey are pretty amazing!
