I don't think any music is unemotional. I actually really like Progressive House. The umbrella that covers that genre is huge. It seems to me that there is a wide array of music that gets put into that category. Many songs from there are filled with emotion. I don't neccessarily like all of it, but I do like quite a bit. Many of today's top DJs play Progressive House in there sets.

I think Prog house is way different to more mainstream house. I'm also a fan of prog, in house and trance, but I would say it is also something that isnt as popular as more Guetta-esq house sounds! Thats all!

Both genres can be good but im more of a trance supporter mainly because it has a deeper feel and less mainstream.

I Love Progressive Trance and abit of Uplifting Trance as long if its not generic lol.

I used to like House but now Trance is taking over. House is too fast pace but Trance is more subtle.

I've been a huge fan of trance but recently I've been getting into progressive house, like Digweed, Pryda, etc. I find that prog house sets can build in a much different way than trance sets. Ive never been too into electro house though.

House would be gr8 if accompanied by big drum beats and Trance ,can't be ignored!!!!

I agree with FilthyAngle, and i think that Trance is still very big,

i'm origenally from Egypt, and I live in Denmark, it's very different although Denmark is Europ but the Trance here is very exclusive, but the house and mainstream in general are massive, take Egypt, totally the opposite Trance and Prog.House are massive, but mainstream is next to none.

for me trance Rules and i think it only keeps getting better.
i tolerate house, but that doesn't mean that i don't respecte it, just it's a little generic, with no direction, loooooooooops, and extreme bass sometimes are not that good.

trance is by far better than house. I think house is garbage.. the best kind of techno is trance by far

No preference as long as it sounds good to me be it Progressive House or Trance :D

I personaly don't listen house and never searched for house,but trance,i can't stop listening it,i just love trance.
I don't know,trance just touches my feelings more than any other kind of music.
And i think trance is still definitely up and it will allways be.

And this thing with "emotional",is availible for any other genre,its just a matter of taste.For some people emotional is hip-hop,for others rock....just like with food,clothes...everything is based on taste,preferences.

For me Trance is the best without a doubt.

I have love for music of all different styles and House is a definitely a part of this but it ain't a patch on Trance!
